Nature Walks

Research shows that as little as 20 minutes time spent in nature is therapeutic and healing.

We offer short to long (2 hours or so) guided nature walks in the forest, beach, desert, or even city-settings to help become grounded and release anxiety brought up by living our tech-heavy, stressful lifestyles.

De-stress in the Middle of the Holidays

In the hustle and bustle of our tech- and success-driven world, we often become stressed beyond our capacities. I've scheduled this guided walk for you in the midst of the even-busier holiday season.

Partnering with other local nature guides, we will help you to re-discover your balance by helping you reconnect to the natural world. 

Two walks are offered on Saturday, December 2nd. As our holiday gift to you, it is offered free of charge or you may make a donation to help us form the incredible organization that is becoming ""Earth Connect."
